Technical specifications

FundCount system has a 3-tier architecture: an SQL database server + Application server + Thin client.

The software (Application server and Thin client) has been written in pure Java.
All computations are being produced by the Application server, nothing on the client.

System minimum requirements

Hardware
Processor: IBM-compatible 1.5GHz or higher
RAM: 1GB
HDD space: 500MB
Monitor resolution: 1024 x 768

Operating systems
Microsoft Windows 98/NT/2000/2003/2008/XP/Vista, Mac OS, Unix/Linux

Default SQL database: MySQL®.
Other supported databases: MS SQL®, Oracle®, others.

Network
System can be run over the Internet or on your office LAN. Users can access data on a server remotely via FundCount® proprietary Java Thin client, or using any modern virtualization technology like Citrix® or VM Ware®.
